Not being from this part of the U.S. my wife and I can't find a pizza place worthy of back home. This pizza hut is pretty close though, pizzas are baked right everytime and the cheese bread is amazing. I don't usually eat bread sticks but I DO eat these. This pizza hut is doing it right

Pizza’s were hot and fresh. We ordered pepperoni and mushrooms and there were hardly any mushrooms on either pizza. Otherwise pizza were tasty.

We went to the Pizza Hut at Ridge/Maple for lunch on a Saturday. 12:30 P.M. AND THERE WAS NO PIZZA ON THE BUFFET AND ONE SERVER. The server was polite, but I felt so bad for him. I took a ton of pictures & am calling the corporate office. Several families walked out because it was so bad.
EVERYTIME I eat there they either don't have enough staff, or it takes forever to get more pizza on the buffet when it's gone.

Always friendly service and I was accidentally double charged and called this store and the gentleman was very nice and concerned and advised me to call corporate and that gentleman was also very nice and I was offered 2 free large pizzas for the mishap.

The pizza tasted good. The service at the table was excellent. I dropped it two stars for the excruciatingly long wait for new pizza to come out. I really wanted to make it a quick lunch and it went much longer than it should have because there just wasn't anything to choose from.

We were in town for the Joe Rogan show and famished afterwards. We needed food and pizza was only option. I was hesitant to order from Pizza Hut because their food has really gone down hill over the years. Not like when the book it program was around back in the early 80's. Anyways, called and spoke with a really nice woman who took my order. The pizza was delivered in about 20 min by the same woman, I believe. She had a smile, was polite and thoughtful to bring plates, napkins, and silverware, all of which I didn't even think to ask for. The best Pizza Hut pizza, and customer service from there, I've had in quite some time.

The pizza was bad. Imagine eating frozen piece of bread with cheese bits. Thats what it tasted like and they went through a lot of trouble to assemble my pizza from slices of different sizes. Probably slices from other left over pizzas. Nice job there. No point delivering it fast when you send me the leftovers pizza hut.
Update: Went here again(Felt like I’d give them
Another chance) to pickup an order. Paid for drinks along with the pizza. Took my order and went home only to find out the drinks were missing. Irresponsible!

Ordered carry out and changed to delivery at 735pm. Store called for address at 742. 827pm still nothing. Called back a couple of times and the lady said driver claimed hes on his way. We watched for him. Never showed up. Called back and the lady was very nice. She said the driver was supposed to drop mine off before heading to his other stop. Well he never did. So pizza is now and hour old. My husand called bk to cancel. As he did that the girl said the driver claimed he was outside and to disregard our order. I dont believe it. We had our windows blinds opened and have the ring. Nothing. In the end...kids starving and if i would have been told it was gona take this long i would have picked up myself. But the lady refunded me and gave me 15 credit.

Poor service. Grandson won a free personal pan pizza. He wanted cheese and bacon. Was told coupon was good for only a one topping pizza. Since when is cheese a topping???? Was finally taken care of. Kid brought bill with drinks then brought pizza and never came back. When we left almost all tables were dirty. Second bad experience here. Won't go back.

The manager, I believe Nick, can't do his job. Lousy service and not being able to keep food coming at a good pace is really making this store suck. Priorities are not what they should be here. Please avoid this place and go elsewhere. Not worth the time to eat here. And the wait time to be seated at such a place isn't worth it.

Been going here over 8 years - they have never messed up my order and I don't recall a time it wasn't ready when I went to pick it up, usually about 15 minutes after ordering.
