I just wanted to give a shout out to this Chili's for doing a great job despite several staff members calling in. Despite being rushed the staff were friendly and professional. Brayden is an amazing server and the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Good jo
We are trying to figure out why there is a 10 minute wait when there are multiple tables available. We are literally sitting and waiting on a table....for more than 10 minutes already. Normally, they have decent food and staff but tonight they are just off.

The NE Wichita Chili's is great! The food is ALWAYS wonderful; but I'm interested in how they shine concerning their carry-out orders. When they give you a time your order will be ready, they're spot on. More importantly though, the order's always perfect. At least I can't recall the last time

Chili's is a very good place. Food is always hot and fresh. Wait time was about 30 minutes. The guacamole we got tasted ok but just tasted different too. The salsa we got was spicy & did not like it. Staff are doing their best but honestly hire more people. Waiting ten minutes to pay cause they are understaffed is unacceptable. Chili's take the upfront labor loss to instill good customer service so people come back otherwise you'll just hemorrhage more customers.
