The drive-thru line was about five cars deep. So my sister I decided to go inside. As I walked in I notice the dining area was pretty empty. So I figured my food order should be done pretty quick. As I was waiting in-line for someone to take my order no one acknowledged me as everyone walked by the counter. I did lock eyes with a few employees but no one acknowledged me after waiting for 5 mins. I this point I decided to take my business across the street at IHOP. where as soon as I walked in I got seated right away and my food served with in 10min. It's funny how businesses are crying about low sales. But your customer service is terrible. As of today I will never set foot in your location. Btw here is a photo in how fast IHOP prepared my food.

The staff is rude (drive thru) she didn’t get my order right, she over charged and was rude about it at the window, I asked for her name and she said Jazmine, go ahead and call it won’t affect me, and rolled her eyes, at that point my daughter who was in the back seat yelled you’re very rude Jazmine, needless to say we will never eat there again.

UNRELIABLE EMPLOYEES. If you say "No cheese" they will put cheese. If you say "No Onions" you will find extra onions. Now they don't have Beyond products for over a month and complaining is not possible since they don't even have a working phone or Voicemail. 🙄 big waste of time and constant disappointments.
