Today had the Original Grand Slam Breakfast and Fit Slam Breakfast. They were really understaffed with just a cook, bus boy and one server but they handle the circumstances in a timely manner.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. 7/29/2021 at 10:45 pm. Gladly offered to open the restroom door for an older man. But when a woman came in to use restroom 5 minutes later he told her no, only for clients. Lady was in distress he made her go get her family out of the car a baby in a carrier included. When they came in he gave them a hard time to open restroom door again. Took him over 10 min. To give them a menu and there are only 4 people in here. I won't come again.

Extremely rude and aggressive customer service. ordered online for pickup and it said food would be ready at 10:41pm. We waited and kept refreshing the page to see confirmation that our order was ready but none came. I finally entered the restaurant around 10:50. They had a sign saying they were short staffed which is understandable so I waited patiently at the counter to be helped. A few minutes later an employee came over and I let her know I was there for an online pick up. I gave her the name and had to repeat it several times as she gave me increasingly exasperated looks. We walked over to the bag and she shoved the receipt in my face so I could confirm the name, which it took me a second to do because things shoved unceremoniously in my face are disorienting. I confirmed it was my order and asked how long it had been ready. She said it’s ready. I asked how long it had been sitting there and she repeated that it’s ready. Another employee walked over and I asked again how long it had been ready and he said it’s not up to them, it’s what the people put in the app that he has to go by, to which I showed him my screen saying the order was not ready and said it was my food to which he shrugged. I then asked again how long it had been there and he said 10-15 minutes. I left because it’s been a long day and I’m exhausted and didn’t want to wait for them to remake it and didn’t trust that it would be worth the extra 20 minutes of rude “customer service”. So we get 2 cold soggy sandwiches for $40. Yay. I know Denny’s is not high class dining but I’ve got to be honest, I expected better than this.

⚠️ I experienced a moment of shock as our server was disgusted about how many napkins our party was using!
She continued to take our napkins off our table, leaving only 2 napkins while our order consisted of food you eat with your hands.
Next, this being the scary part- returned the already used napkins to her station to be used by other customers! Unacceptable.
In the age of COVID this is a unhealthy practice for Denny's to put their customers at risk for sake of profits ☣️

The service at the dennys was very fast. We had a server I think her name was Maria Prendas ( I had asked for her name) she was very nice overall and kept checking on us. She had very fast service as well.

Ask for Superman. He is the best takes orders with writing it down and get every order correct even with groups of 10 people! And he loves his Job!

Enjoyed having dinner with family from out of town. Some had breakfast for dinner. And some had dinner. Everyone enjoyed the food. The burger's are juicy here.

Very good customer service not sure if a lot of people know about this Denny because every time I've come it's never been packed and the food is great. Also they accept EBT hot meals
