Tubby's Tavern

Tubby's is the best spot in East Whittier for drinks, great food and relaxation. A cozy place with old school atmosphere, very nice selection of tap beer and incredible food. I recently had the fried chicken dinner with onion rings and was overwhelmed. The fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had, no kidding…and the onion rings were awesome. I highly recommend Tubby's if you’re looking for a place to eat and not necessarily to drink. The bartenders are very professional and mix the drinks just right. Carol was very cordial and attentive. Don’t overlook Tubby's like I did, it’s a great local pub.

My first time going to this place. My neighbor highly recommended this place for breakfast. I had the bacon and cheese omelet with onion and bell pepper it came with hash brown and toast. The hash brown were fresh potatoes. My husband had the french toast combo with eggs and bacon. Our friend had the pancake with eggs and sausage. The customer service was very good. We ate outside and the food was hot and fresh. I enjoyed my omelet. Our friend liked his food. My husband said that the french toast was alright it needed cinnamon.
