This location deserves all 5 stars today. I went in to get a mistaken order replaced that was picked up by my roomate and found out my roomate has actually picked my food up from a different location. Without even batting an eye the woman at the window told me not to worry about it and that she would replace my order anyway. The entire time I was just amazed by how professional and nice she was about the whole situation even when I told her it was fine she didn't need to do that I could drive to the correct location she assured me it was no big deal. Trust me after the long day I've had it was a big deal to me. So thank you to the crew working this afternoon you guy's made my bad day a heck of a lot better. I will be calling your 800 number as well to inform them of how well you took care of me and my two children today.

This location has got increasingly better over the last few months. I’ve eaten here several times and the food is always hot and fresh. On this particular visit a young man named Elijah took my order and he was very pleasant. While I ate I watched as Elijah was asked to do several work related tasks and he did so without any complaints. It seems as if employees like Elijah have vastly improved this Bojangles location.
Was on a road trip back home, had to sto0 for a bathroom break and of course grab a bite to eat 3 hrs after driving and 3hrs to go. The young African American female was very friendly, polite and courteous. I can tell you, I haven't seen this type of attitude in years especially after the pandemic. There was a long line inside and outside but she handled everyone with ease and patience among the rush hour. The food was not only hot, fresh and delicious but it had good quality. A smile, patience and great customer service goes a LONG WAY!! OH YEAH, THE BATHROOM WAS SPOTLESS.
