We had a 55 dollar order that wasn’t edible. The fries were hard as rocks the burgers were made from old meat that should be chili meat. And when I complained they said they would replace the burgers but nothing else because they were fresh. Which we all know they were not I’d be lucky if they was f

So slow. If theres more than one car ahead of you go ahead and expect a 45 minute wait. I usually avoid this place but it had been a while, figured it might have gotten better.. no. No matter how big or small the order, they almost always mess it up.

Listen, I'm from the south and like me some greasy and hearty Wendy's from time to time and I have to say the 4 for $4 with a double stack and baconator fries just hit different today with me. It was like heaven in my mouth, probably the best quality fast food I've had in a minute.

They use cheap cheese on those chicken sandwiches the cheese didn't even melt. The fries were hot but they tasted like old grease gummy. One ice machine worked the other one didn't and they didn't have half of the drinks off the machines. It was one of the worst ones I've ever been there

Had to wait a little bit in line to order our food but every thing was great, other than that ...

We love there vanilla Frosty-ccino and there is a few workers that make it absolutely amazing

Stay away from this place here in whitesburg, my husband just left that place cause for one, they supposed to teach u how to do stuff n how to work the stuff but they dont, they expect u to know how to do this stuff as soon as u start working thdre without even being trained. Its really a hit or miss with this bunch!! Sometimes you get a 5 star type of service and the next time you may get a 1 star!
