My family and I came for the first time and really enjoyed their quality food and quick service. I highly recommend swinging by during lunch when there's not too many people!

Fun drinking place, comfort foods, only had a large pretzel which was tasty and fresh. Great service, bartenders and servers. Friendly workers. Live music, great band. Lots of tvs to watch games.

Great place for a Sunday lunch. Staff was excellent and accommodated my dietary restrictions. Our server, Jen, was awesome, even though they were short-staffed. Hubby had the Rail Burger and loved it. I had the Crab Cake Entree and it was fabulous! Definitely coming back more often.

Our waitress was amazing, she had an injury to her finger.... sorry I can't remember her name- We were a large group with 14 . Waitress was on top of her game! The food was awesome! Then to top it off we went downstairs to dance and listen to High In The Mid 80s great music and loved it all!! Definitely will be back!

First try and unlikely the last. Chosen for its location the Rail may be a return to. Shortly after opening we took seats at the bar. The place is pretty big with good space between tables in a light and airy room with not all that many patrons on a midweek lunch hour. Good for this still a little skeeved about inside dining. Service at the bar was pleasant. I ordered the shore burger, accepted the tuna cooked to the chefs taste, and it was perfect. The dish came with tasty fries, and just the right amount. I didn’t need the slaw. Good pickle. My companion who is even more of a critic was very happy with her Rail burger. Yay!

My daughter and I live to try new places and this was definitely some delicious food and wonderful service. From our lovely hostess Stacey & sweet server/manager Carlo & the live environment, we enjoyed a delightful meal. My 8yr old daughter loved her 14oz NY Strip Steak and I enjoyed the kids chicken tenders with fries lol!! Glad we chose The Rail tonight!

This was a favorite spot for my family, covid must have got them hard cause the last 3 visits were really bad. The last time the staff was actively arguing with each other and clearly super overwhelmed despite the restaurant being mostly empty. It took 15 minutes for us to be seated in an empty restaurant as the hostess argued about to go orders and seating guests. After we finally got seated no one came to out table for another 15 minutes, we let the hostess know she apologized but still no one came after 10 more minutes. At which point we just left. This unfortunately is indicative of the Rail atm. Because of this I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star. I really hope they fix this, as The Rail used to be our go to spot.

We went here a lot pre-Covid. Loved it, had a regular server, went from couple to couple plus a baby, and always had several menu items that we loved. During Covid we tried doing delivery/takeout and were disappointed with the quality of the meals for ourselves and our newly food adventurous little one. Post-Covid we thought we’d give another chance. And what a disaster. 530p on a Friday, and the place is packed with employees but not customers. Still had to wait more than 10min to be seated because the one hostess was putting in to-go orders, another asked us how many in our party but then took over the to-go orders and handed us to the other hostess, who then seemed confused when a server walked over to answer the ringing phone. After being sat (and carrying over the high chair ourselves) we waited for someone to identify themselves as our server. The other 3-4 tables around us also looked as though they were waiting to be served. After awhile a server walked past the host stand and yelled are you being helped? No, we weren’t. After no one came to us, and 30min had passed since we walked in, we left and drove to Cryans. Good food, good service, and we managed to get a 15m old and a 3yr old fed before 7pm.
