Rally's

I placed an order through the online platform for their family meal deal 4 burgers 4 drinks and 4 fries I got to the restaurant and waited behind 1 person in line for over 10 minutes and then when I got to the window it was another 5 before I received my food. I asked about the fries and was told they were not part of the order. I pulled around so I could check the app to make sure I had not read it wrong, and I had not. I pulled back around to advise that I was supposed to have fries with my order. The assistant manager said she wasn't going to give me the fries and did not care what the app said because that's not what it said on her ticket. I requested a refund and gave them their food back, she said as an assistant manager she could not issue a refund and I would have to come in tomorrow morning to request a refund. She also refused to provide me with the store number and said I could look it up.

First time visiting the “new” location. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I guess no one watched the weather report. It’s a nice sunny warm day/weekend. 4 out of the five cars in front of me wanted ice cream and or a slushy. I know this because I tried to order one myself. you dont have any. Nothing. So everyone drove off. My first impression of a newly built location is tainted. I won’t be back. The two stars is for the outside appearance

Every time I go to this Rally’s it’s always something. The first time I went it was amazing…… then I went in the middle of the day and no one would answer the drive thru I sat there for 15 mins so I put in an on line order and they then said are you here for and on line order yeah I am now! Next time I went I was told they were closed for 30 mins for shift change…. When did fast food start doing that? Now the reason I’m writing this is because I ordered $60 worth of food on line tonight and NOTHING was right and it was not ready 30 mins after the time I was told to be there….. it was a big order so I gave a little more time then the 5 mins after I ordered that they told it would be ready there is no where on the app to rate the order and no one is picking the phone up at the store and when I went to get the food they were not that busy I’m not understanding why this store makes up there own rules and if I could give 0 stars I would
