Fleur Bake Shop

On our walk around downtown Whitefish I'm so happy we stumbled upon this gem! The staff was quick and friendly! Were helpful when I asked for a recommendation for something non-caffeinated. Their raspberry tart was perfectly crumbly and the filling was so perfectly smooth and sweet. Their blood orange tea was refreshing and my partner truly enjoyed their cold brew. A great little stop for a pick me up while on a lovely stroll in Whitefish.

We had a delightful breakfast at Fleur this morning. Their pastry selection is fantastic; I’m not sure why I’ve never seen chocolate orange croissants before, as that combination is fantastic. We also tried their quiche, some canelées and an egg-salad tartine, and everything was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend!

So disappointed with my experience with Fleur Bake Shop. I called the shop to order a basic elopement cake (one tier with no decoration-just iced). I spoke with someone by phone and explained what I was looking for. I was told it should NOT be a problem to just fill out the elopement questionnaire. Two weeks go by with no response (which is stated on site). Finally, I received an email stating they could NOT fill the order. I replied to email and expressed my dismay after being told by THEIR staff it would NOT be a problem. I also stated I would be leaving feedback so others do not have the same experience on such an important day. The owner then called and left a voice mail that stating there was a miscommunication and "they did everything correct on their end". WHAT?! How are things correct on their end when I was told it would not be a problem just submit an email! So now we are left without a cake. I would not recommend this bakery for important events.

Our Harley caught on fire in front of this shop. They gave us their fire extinguisher and a place to sit while we called insurance. They even comped our drinks and helped out with a phone number for the parking lady when we found out the bike would have to sit there all night. Charming shop with incredible service, and the least I could do to thank them is write this review.

The pizza pop up on Tuesday June 28th was shambolic. We were given the wrong pizza, they forgot to make one of the pizzas, we weren’t given a salad order and it took 40 minutes to get three pizzas and a salad to go (we were told it would be 15 minutes). Pizza is pretty good but not worth the meal to get it
