We discovered the Snack Bar when searching for a place to eat a late lunch after riding the Northern Rail Trail. The chicken tenders were the best we've ever had! Gigantic portions served piping hot with more fries than we could eat! Kudos to the staff comprised of 2 women, who patiently served throngs of leaf peepers from all over the country!

The gorge is incredible, and so is the Snack Bar, but it's the shopping that will grab your attention. I've never seen such a selection of Minnetonka shoes in my life. Men, women, and children can all find great footwear. My wife and I love Minnetonka shoes. So comfortable.

Amazing food, if you are in this area come here. The portions are huge, family friendly, food is done quickly. Ice cream is fantastic!

This is a walk up snack bar. You order and they have outside tables under a roof covering. They are often busy but the lines are not bad. We often go for the ice cream. We split a sundae and are usually very full. Their fries and shrimp are good. The pulled pork just okay. If you are not a Vermonter you must have a maple creamee. Otherwise you missed Vermont.

Ordered a fried seafood combo that included haddock, scallops, shrimp clams fries *and* onion rings, which was excellent. Fed 2 people with leftovers for 1 more meal the next day.

This is the most delicious ice cream I have ever had! So creamy, its almost marshmallowy! And you’re surrounded by nature and a gorge and beautiful scenic routes- cant think of a better idea than a hike followed by some of the best ice cream on earth… which can be acquired here 💜🙏🏽

We were looking for the quickie lunch before going to our daughter's house so stopped by. She had told us they had many choices of hot dogs... Well turns out she was talking about the place at Quechee antique mall not the gorge... These were good with plenty of fries so it was a good mistake.
BTW a big Cadillac SUV came and parked right in front of all the picnic tables where there were yellow lines vs all the white parking lines in the rest of the lot... Really buddy...

I make a special trip here every now and again just to get their Toasted coconut ice cream. I have never found any as good anywhere else. It's my absolute favorite.

A little pricey but honestly it was really delicious. I got a chocolate milkshake, partner got a root beer float, and we shared an order of a widow maker, with is French fries topped with delicious bbq pulled pork and cheese sauce. The portion size was huge for that. We were both full and didn’t even finish the full container. It was a perfect lunch for after hiking the trails near by the gorge and taking in the scenery. They had a nice area with picnic tables to sit either in the shade or under the sun to enjoy our meals.
