It was definitely better than a lot of McDonald's establishments, but not the best bar far. It took way too long for a happy meal, double cheeseburger (plain), and a 4 piece nugget. On the plus side, the food was on point and we ended up with an extra happy meal.
Kiosk ordering without a receipt, ugh! No customer service. It was raining, no mats by the entry doors, a fall waiting to happen! Floor was super slick.
I'd have to say that this McDonald's has improved a ton compared to what they used to be. I ordered my coffee and my breakfast sandwich and they got my coffee right the first time the food was good so I'll have to get my five out of five today.
McDonald's is always great. Any time we get a wrong order, they're always quick to replace it. The customer service is always nice and helpful. It's always kid friendly. The best food they have is definitely their fries and nuggets. I also love their frapés, even though I tend to stay away from coff
Wow - I went through the drive up today and I had excellent service. The ice tea was delicious and my McDouble was hot and tasty. Thanks, Schoolcraft crew. Appreciate it.
