When we received our food, this is what we opened. Manager was nice enough to offer another delivery of order.

Well all I can say is great things other than one little mishap and I spoke with the General Manager, Vett and she did an amazing job at fixing the issue! I would like to see more of her in other restaurants because she truly knows what customer service is all about! Me being in the food industry years ago I understand when people make mistakes and I have seen good and bad Managers but she was outstanding! She is a keeper most definitely!

First time coming in for carry out usually get delivered and Pizza Hut in white oak didn't let me down. Very prompt service with a smile from Haley as soon as we walked in. Had to wait a little longer than what was told when I called but didn't bother me at all cause the staff kept me updated and gave my daughter a soft drink while we waited. Very impressed!! Management should be very proud. Great Leadership!

The order was correct and ready in the standard Pizza Hut 15 minutes, the person working the pickup window was nice and polite, and they didn't skimp on the amount of toppings on the pizza.

Good pizza... the manager is eager to please .... we took the grand kids and they got full and had a good time. The mgr went out of her way to let us know about specials that helped when feeding a large group. 10 stars

For some reason Pizza Huts won't allow a customer to have just wings. They force the customer to buy the drummets as well. They say it's a rule. So losing a customer is ok. I can go to any restaurant and order just wings without being told that it messes up their inventory. I'll not patronize Pizza Hut again.

Only missing a star because the one time i dined in the afternoon buffet was pretty sad. Cold old pizza not so attractive pasta. No real choice. But every time i have my pizza delivered it is wonderfully perfect. Super great for my dont wanna cook nights...great online deals too!

I ordered pizza and wings. Delivery time was 27to37 minutes. It took a hour and 10 minutes. It was all cold and the Buffalo wings had almost no sauce on them. Called in to the store, they said they would resend the order but it would be another hour. Had to go to the store to get a refund. When there a man placed on order and they told him 10 minutes. It took me another 10 minutes to get the refund. No apologies were offered on the phone or qhen i got my refund!! I will not return!
