I was disappointed at my last visit to Bertucci's for online pickup. Firstly, when I arrived around 12:05pm, I pulled on the doors and 3 out of 4 doors were locked. I told the girl at the carryout counter and I got the reply "oh,ok" with no indication that she was going to tell management or anyone
Great food and Shanika, our server, was amazing. She was the only waitstaff on the floor when we got there and she was handling 5 tables so wonderfully. The cannoli was fantastic. We brought it home to share.
My waitress Nikki was totally AWESOME!! She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was taken care of. The food was great also and the atmosphere was relaxing. One of the guys cooking in the back was a bit loud for my comfort but besides that it was GREAT!

The wings are good. Pizza barely had meat but the tomato sauce was good. The garlic knots was a huge disappointment to all. The product looks more like mini bread nuggets than garlic knots.
