I got the best Reese's Pieces Sundae here! It was made perfectly!! I had been wanting a sundae for weeks and finally broke down and got one. Im glad I stopped here! The ice cream was delicious and not all melted underneath the hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. Plenty of whipped cream and of course the cherry and Reese's Pieces!! Perfect!!!

Service was really good. Our waitress was very very professional. Yes, I know this is an ice cream joint but Im on a diet (daughter wanted to go here), so I ordered soup and salad. Clam chowder was tangy - wondered if it was even good, so didn't attempt to finish it. Salad was okay, the lettuce was not cut into pieces, as if the person folded it to put in burger but changed his mind and instead shoved it on my plate instead. The rest of the fam got the goodies! Hubby said the burger was okay, it was plain - no flavour but overall it was good. Kids had the mac & cheese, nothing to report but the fact that my daughter said broccoli was dry. Ice cream banana in the "Jim Dandy" taste like its bad. My 11 yrs. old daughter's review: This is supposed to be an ice cream 🍦 place but my ice cream was DIscUsTInG

At the first moment you step in this restaurant the waiters give you a nice feeling. Very friendly hosts, it is a nice place to hang out with buddies or with your date. tasty meals, professional chef de cuisine, honest pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Good: tasty sundaes, friendly server Bad: place is a mess, with 9 of 29 tables covered with uncleared food, even though almost no customers were present (well, no customers as the manager appeared to be the only party eating with three friends); nobody at the front greeting new customers, so we stood there for five minutes waiting to be seated.

We had a birthday party there on Halloween night, and even with covid restrictions, it went off really well, the service was great, the food was great, and everyone had a really good time. Our waitress was Jess and she made sure all orders were correct and that the food came out in a timely manner. The ice cream cake was really good and virtually everyone adults and kids had. In the days of Corona restrictions, we really appreciated everything the staff at Friendlys did in South Weymouth to make sure our daughter had a really nice birthday.!!!

Won't be returning to this location. Very disappointed with the food I ordered. Had to wait an hour for chicken quesadilla didn't even havechicken in them only cheese...Then the BBQ chicken melt looked like they threw it into the to go box. And people wonder why they keep closing location. Stop hiring idiots that are ruining a decent long running restaurant
