Dunkin'

This place is awful and has been for years. They refuse to hire a competent staff, especially during peak hours. Everyone in there is in slow motion and act like it is their first day ever on the job. I live very close and today was the end. I will drive right by and go to another location and I know many others that already do that. Hopefully cooperate will do some sort of audit and step in to change this nightmare location.

Placed order on the go walk in. Gave them a decent amount of time to have ready. Coffee was ready when I arrived. Bagel was still being cooked. Appears need some extra help on sandwich station. There is an option for cream cheese on side. I requested cream cheese on bagel. It irks me when I ask for bagel prepared and cheese thrown in bag for do it yourself. I don’t care if you are busy it was not requested on the side. To top it off I am standing there waiting and its bagged and put to the side and other sandwiches for drive thru continue to be made. To me on the go orders should take priority seeing as you are creating faster service times and quicker turn over. Cashier finally asks what I am waiting for and server says oh thats here. Would have Taken 10 seconds to walk 2 steps to put nag on to go rack. Not in crazy rush but technology should speed things up not cause you to wait around.

Location location location. This dunks has it!! So easy to get in and out. I always find myself driving by this dunks and I always have to stop. They must have a special baker, because the designs on the frosted donuts gets wacky and crazy! I can’t handle it sometimes and have to give my donuts to a co worker, but that’s life. I’ll go to this dunks until I get too old where I can’t drive.
