There was a young man tonight that really took care of me. I was in an immense hurry to get to work. I placed my order online before leaving home. In a hurry to get to work...I tried to go into the restaurant to pick up my order...but I didn't realize the doors to the lobby were being kept locked...(I assume because of COVID RESTRICTIONS). I called, and this young man bought my food to the door because I was in a hurry on my way to work. I didn't get your name, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for your great customer service with a smile. Please, do as I asked you to do. You have my information there...so I can show my appreciation. Thanks again! 💯

1st Time & last time ordering here. My husband was in line when I ordered online. My fish was so dry! You couldn't even find the fish in all the batter!
Crab cakes were so dry. They didn't taste like crab cakes. Your green beans tasted like they put dumped the whole box of salt in them.
Corn on cob tasted like you put a lot of sugar in butter to make it sweet.
We just Thur our money away,we put it in trash.
You used to have good food here! What happened?

We were here June 25, 2022 about 12:15 pm. Only one person working the front and drive through. Laesha.She was dancing as fast as she could. Very efficient, courteous. Very, very, very busy . She most definitely deserves a raise or a bonus. Awesome young woman. Food good. Prices reasonable.

I pulled up to Captain D’s at 8:00. Location does not close until 10 PM. Sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes and watch does the employees drove off after turning everything off. I thought it was just a couple employees, So after waiting another 10 minutes I finally drove around and saw that everyone had left. I understand wanting to leave early, but it would’ve been caught it I have someone have told me that rather than just sit there and drive off. Definitely need to change the hours online if they do not reflect the actual hours.

The okra, hush puppies, shrimp and chicken tenders tasted great. However, the fish breading was thick/hard and didn't taste freshly cooked. Also, the fish had an unusual, tough texture...possibly overcooked. The fries were fair.

Ordered paid got home only half the order so I called they were so rude, I told them I was on my way back to get my order. When I got there no one would answer the phone so I had to sit in line for 30 minutes and stilling sitting there to get the order I paid for.

My experience here is unsatisfied. The fish is always fried hard. Poor customer service. They are ghetto as all out doors. Here it is 8:04 pm and they are closed down nobody here but it clearly says that they're open.
