Food was stale. Prep areas dirty. Didn't seem clean. Employees are unprofessional. Joking around talking about fighting each other. Overall seemed annoying and slow. One employee was holding his phone with the same gloves on that he was preparing food with. Overall they needed adult supervision.

Usually better than today. We were in around 12:30, December 12. No ice, no Diet Coke, hair in my sandwich, fly flying around. Staff was cordial. Other than the hair, the sandwich was good.

The employees were careless and cop an attitude with customers. They dropped knife on floor and think it's ok to just rinse it off and then go right back to cutting your bread! Then when you question them on it you get an attitude from them and a sarcastic response about having to actually wash it.
