Beautiful golf course! Cannot wait to play it again sometime. Course was in great shape considering all the rain we have had this year. The greens are just totally awesome! The staff in the pro shop were very friendly and helpful. The service staff could have been warmer.

I'm posting this out of concern, there is no malicious intent.
The head chef is a bully! He treats the staff horribly. I've worked with a lot of temperamental chefs in the past, he is on a totally different level.
On many occasions management and the Board were made aware of his behavior, they just looked the other way. Never saw a place that allows a chef to manipulate everything. Any time he would get involved on the floor there would always be an issue. It would have to be redone. He constantly tries to make people feel like they are idiots. He tries to pitt the staff against each other. When it gets busy he has temper tantrums and throws things(pot, pans or utensils). He comes into a hectic situation and makes it ten times worse. When he's not around everything runs smoothly. The kitchen staff are the ones that prepare the dishes and make them look great. Any new ideas that comes out of the kitchen are coming from the kitchen staff not him. Members and guest think he's the one doing everything because he takes all the credit. All I have ever seen him do is chop vegetables and cause hostility. On one occasion I witnessed one of the servers leave the kitchen intears after asking him to modify an order for a member. Many employees are afraid to even go into the kitchen but it is impossible to avoid. You could feel the hostility in the air when he was there. He does not know how to communicate with others. Another example of his fine leadership abilities: There was a dishwasher that would come to work drunk every shift. He would get very hostile and aggressive. He was never sent home even when the Chef was made aware of the situation. It became an ongoing joke amongst the kitchen staff.
All and all it was a very unpleasant environment to work in. It wouldn't be a bad place to work if you didn't have to deal with his abuse. He is the biggest problem that place has and it is a shame they do not see it.
