The pizza was nice and warm. And from now on every Pizza Hut in New Orleans should have online (send receipts via email, and etc.). We need to save paper, the Earth, and GEAUX GREEN!!

Not from here. Drove over 4 hours to our hotel. Called in a delivery which took over an hour. Food was delivered at around 9:20 pm and was wrong and cold. Called to have it corrected and was told it would be another 40 minutes to an hr before they could get the food to us. This is 9:45 pm and the P

I don't know who is the manager on duty as of today but she have very poor customer service skills every time I call to place an order she is very rude and have a horrible attitude. Also my order is never right! I really wish Ms. Ann was still there she was the best! Pizza hut is officially useless

Pizza was fresh and ready on time, staff was friendly. I received great service at this location, better than the pizza hut by my house.

I made an on line order at 11:46 am by 1:08 pm I still DID NOT have my food and was on the phone ON HOLD with no answers as to why it takes nearly 2 freaking hours to get my online order. This places service is so bad. I will be contacting the corporate office about this store. Here's yet another r
