Via Sforza Trattoria

Such a delightful place! My friends took me here for my birthday and from the moment I got there I felt very special. There is plenty of parking in the back and some in the front, they have an outdoor seating area which looks very comfortable. We sat inside and from beginning to end it was the best attention I have received in a very long time. We sat there for three hours and they kept serving us like we had just arrived, very attentive and kind. We ordered the clams as an appetizer which were delicious (and supposedly I don’t like clams), then we ordered three different dishes. Mine was the breaded chicken with eggplant and mozzarella!!! So incredibly yummy!!!!!! We also had lots of delicious bread as compliment, and then we finished off with dessert. We ordered the cannolis, lemon cake and tiramisu. I vote for the tiramisu 100% out of all! And to top it off, they sang the Birthday Song in Spanish which was very cute. My wish was blessings to my friends, the waiters and waitresses! Thank you Via Sforza for hiring great people and cooking delicious food! Will be back soon.

Delicious food, good service and beautiful atmosphere. First time there and will return. Gluten free pizza that taste like the real thing. So happy to find an Italian restaurant that serves something other than spaghetti and meatballs. The menu is like nothing I’ve ever seen. We loved our experience.

I am forever grateful and appreciative of Gianni's kindness. Via Sforza opened their doors and served up an unforgettable spread of incredible Appetizers, Entrees and delicious Desserts for a short noticed event. Months later and our friends and family are still speaking of the loving venue and authentic cuisine!

Called and made a reservation for valentines 1 week in advance and they didn’t write it down so when we showed up we were tossed to the outside tent. When we expressed that we were a bit cold (I was wearing a dress) they said they only had room in the takeout area. After we seated there, tons of guests came in and we’re seated in the main restaurant area without a push even though we were told there was no room. Disappointed with the way this was treated. Food was okay but really felt like we were ostracized for showing up with a reservation that they had assumed we didn’t make (even though we did) we canceled another reservation at a different restaurant and regretted that. Not recommended for a romantic evening. Definitely the restaurants fault for not taking down the reservation when called and we should not have been treated badly for that.

Service was nice and friendly and the decor was spot on. The food was good but nothing astonishing or to blow my mind. The drink I had wasn't good and had to request it to be replaced by a Shirley temple. I do wish the bread in bread basket were warm but they were stone cold. However their focaccia bread was delicious. Nice place for pictures but not so tasty.
