My wife and I absolutely love the sandwiches from Jimmy John's. It is our opinion that anything you try from Jimmy John's menu will be a sheer taste bud 4th of July! The best people and ingredients making the best sandwiches. Subway doesn't even come close!

I usually get a #9, which is always fantastic, but this time I tried the new chicken caesar wrap. I am glad I did, it is delicious! It has chunks of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, big flakes of parmesan cheese, amazing caesar sauce, and croutons (which add a bit of a satisfying crunch that I wasn't expecting) I am very happy with this lunch wrap! Also, the customer service here is amazing. I never have any problems. The staff is always friendly, sometimes make me laugh, and of course, they are freaky fast.

Lady working lead line today was extremely rude to staff and obnoxiously loud. Distracted coworkers and made things bottle neck. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Jimmy John’s.

Purchased a #12 about an hour and a half to take up north to our camper. I usually have a great experience at this location but this time was anything but good. I have 1 question, how do you forget to put the meat on a sandwich? Needless to say I am extremely angry. I paid almost 10 bucks for a meatless sandwich. I always look forward to getting a sandwich from here because I don’t get them that often. I will not visit this location again.

If a sandwich restaurant is what you want, this is that. Nothing spectacular. If you're vegan like me or gluten free the "unwich" is available (think portable salad) which is a large romaine leaf replacing the bread, but for me doesn't quite hit the spot. I feel that this large chain could do better with a faux meat option, at the very least a vegan bread option. However it is "super-freaky-fast". So if time is a consideration it could be what's needed.

Sandwiches so freaking slow you will freak should be the logo of this Jimmy John’s location. I’ve been sitting at the drive through window for 25 minutes and was in line behind another car for 15. If I hadn’t already paid I’d be gone. Seems like plenty of workers and not that many customers inside. Not sure if they just forgot about me or what?

So while shopping I placed a pick up order of 4 sandwiches. Nothing crazy just classics. Except mine i said no tomato or oil or mayo. So when the person in the store made my sandwich why did it have all of those on it....i understand a mistake but when i went to the store it was dead i was the only person. So does freaky fast mean not what you ordered? The person literally did more work then necessary. And in these times we on lockdown i can't just go back. It's sad when someone can't follow simple directions. This isn't the first time either but it will be the last. Freaky fast....but not what you ordered....

I used to get the #6, the Vegetarian years ago, a LOT, and I mean at least twice a week. It was on a generous bed of avocado with fresh yummy veggies. Just had my first one in years at the Weston location. NO avocado on the bottom, like they used to have, and about a teaspoon of something green by the cheese that wasn't nearly as good as the old avocado generosity. The tomatoes were the absolute worst, horrible tomatoes I have ever had in the history of my 59 years of life. I know it's February, and we don't have fresh local tomatoes available, but my best guess is that they made these on a 3-D printer or something. The tomatoes had a decidedly FISHY odor and taste, I kid you not! I actually gagged and spit out my first bite into my hand! Once I removed the "tomatoes", I was able to eat about a quarter of the sandwich. The only reason I am giving a generous 2 stars is because the pickle was scrumptious as always. But boo to you, Jimmy John's in Weston, WI. PLEASE hire another produce buyer. And I'm in official mourning for the old #6, with its big wonderful squishy pile of avocado on the bottom and bright tasty tomatoes.
