The food and service are excellent. Small family owned authentic italian food. Great food heat people the best subs around town also available on door dash highly recomended

The food here has really gone down hill here in the last year. This used to be my favorite pizza spot in westminster and now it just isn't worth buying. The last time I ordered here, I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of Hawaiian and ended taking about 2 bites of each before throwing them in the trash. Idk what happened but I wish it was still as good as it was 5 years ago. :-(

Had to stop by Boscovs and decided to check out the possibilities in the food court here as I had never been here before. I looked over the mentu and was surprised at the combination meals. I took a number 4 which included a meat, pasta, and salad. The meatballs were great and the sauce, wow. The garlic bread was fresh and hot. My server was excellent and added in extra cheese and parmesan while he was preparing the meal. This is a great place to eat and to think its in a mall food court. They also have a great variety of pizzas which all looked great.

Received two large pies, single topics with salad which cost over $40. Pricing was not clearly stated. But expensive and frustrating when getting a full meal. Might be different when getting just a slice.
Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a Mall Italian shop.

Villa is definitely one of my faves. The food is yummo, the people n service are nice. But don't ever get a meatball sub to go. When ya get home, its not even a sub anymore.. just a cheese, sauce n meat mess.

Maybe because it's Sunday and it was old pizza but I'd be ashamed to serve that to ANYONE! Possiblity the WORST pizza I've ever had! I took 3 bites..and the Pepperoni's were discusting!!
