Subway

This used to be my favorite local Subway location, it's not terrible, but they've hired new people that over stuff the subs, and use way too much condiments. Sometimes less is more, and to reiterate this is only been happening recently since they've hired new staff. Overall the staff is very friendly, the tall guy with longer hair is very nice, the lady who I think is the general manager is very very sweet and she's super cute. But the quality of the subs has fallen as of late. I recommend the location by Safeway off of WMC drive.

Having just had a negative experience at another local sub shop (rhymes with “tire mouse”), where we were treated as an imposition for walking in within an hour of their closing time, it was both refreshing and pleasant to be welcomed into the store with open arms despite it being only a few minutes before they closed. Michael made our subs with generous portions and attention to detail, even making suggestions to enhance our choices. He could not have been more courteous and agreeable. This is how it should be done!

Service was average bad thing is that I was overcharged I ordered 6-in steak and cheese meal and I was charged for an extra chips that's an extra $1.39 plus taxes it is not a lot of money but it's dishonest. This was a order to go .The manager's name and phone number is on the receipt and I called that number but no answer couldn't leave a message either because the system is full it doesn't take messages.

I must say that Westminster MD subway on Jermor Lane is by far thee best Subway I’ve been to. From the cleanliness, service, food and checkout. The three gentleman that were working were amazing. They listened to each customer carefully and made sure to clean in between each guest. These guys deserve praise. You don’t find great service like this anymore. I truly appreciated how attentive they all were.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been to - the service is outstanding, the staff are friendly and actually SMILE and ENGAGE in conversation with their customers!! The food is wonderful. The owner of this franchise is a model of what it truly means to own a business - she always greets you with a smile and gets to know the customers. She gives the restaurant a "Mom and Pop" atmosphere, which is tough to find, especially in chain restaurants.

Love Subway. This location is nice and clean. During my most recent visit the lady working behind the counter was especially nice. She clearly labeled my subs so it was easy to give them to the proper people. I also love that this location has the red hots (red cherry peppers) and the baby spinach leaves. While traving I discovered a lot of Subways do not. We're lucky to have such a nice Subway in Hanover.
