Einstein Bros. Bagels

Super friendly people! I went in this morning to get my family some bagels, but I don't carry cash or cards with me as most places now accept contactless payments and Einstein is no different they just do it exclusively through their app, well I didn't have anyway to pay and the app takes a little while to make payment available so the manager, Renee (not me I promise) have me the bagels on her totally awesome, completely not expected, and graciously accepted, thanks Renee and Einstein bros you definitely have 1 new loyal customer

Called in an order for a bakers dozen. Got to the location and were informed that they did not have the bagels we called in and would not be baking anymore. Once calling and talking to a manager they offered to make them. Why were we not told that and offered when we called in the first time? I understand running out but you have to understand how to build to and keep pars. This location is constantly out of bagels after 11 am and never offer to make them until you yell at a manager. Clearly don't want the sales we will go elsewhere from now on.

I love this place, but I just came in for a pick up order and you have a light fixture that hangs very low (im only 5'7") and I slammed my head into it when I was in a hurry to get my order. Now my head is bleeding and the lady saw me hit my head and said "be careful!" I should've talked to a manager when I was there, but I was in a rush to get to a meeting. I hope someone sees this and does something cause my head is pounding and bleeding right now. Not happy.

Constantly getting orders wrong. Today I ordered two hot mochas with whipped cream. I got one of what I ordered, and one lukewarm with no whip. I’m honestly a little scared it was somebody else’s drink entirely, but it’s too late to find out. At the very least, it was a wrong drink that had been sitting out for a while before they decided to give it to me. Also, last time we went in, my fiancée ordered a large coffee and was charged for it and got a medium. Honestly, I like to give places a chance, but I’ve been to this location enough to know it’s the worst Einstein’s I’ve been to.

This branch habitually lets the phone ring and doesn’t pick up...yet, if you choose curbside they ask you to wait in your car and call. After 10 min I walk inside and my food is sitting on a table. I’ve done this multiple times at this location. My question is why? Why have that exchange method if you never follow through? All other locations have it figured out and answer the phone, not this one for some reason.
