Mcdonald's

Just left, horrible service. They were extremely rude to the family in front of me. And me after them. I was with my family and their attitude made the little ones uncomfortable. After asking for her name she said she doesn't have to give her name. The manager smiled and replied "I'm the manager, you can just use my name. Jennifer." As if knowing nothing will come of this. Very poor customer service and hostile interaction. My meal was sloppy and rushed. Will not be returning.

I have been to this place 2 times at this time of night. I request no pickles because my daughter has an allergic reaction which cause me to use a epinephrine pin than to the hospital. Both times the night manger Ms. Valeria if that is how you sound out her name. Has stated she not going to help me if I had a attitude. Seriously this place has sent my daughter to the hospital twice because the lack of professionalism and work ethic. I work in a kitchen and to not pay attention to detail when it comes to the guest medical needs. I would like to know what is going you be done about this ?

I stopped going to this McDonald’s a few years ago after getting a green egg in a breakfast sandwich. Thought I would try it out again this am. I ordered from DoorDash one item I wanted especially was a vanilla milkshake as I’ve had heartburn for a few hours and need to go to bed soon from my overnight job. My order came and one my hash browns were laying on top of the napkins which made them soaked with grease. Then I noticed it.. no vanilla milkshake 😢 instead they gave me what I could only guess from the look of it a Carmel frozen coffee (I did taste it to make sure it really was coffee... it was 😠) well as I said before I wanted a soothing shake to sooth my heartburn also since I am trying to get to sleep... so coffee is definitely not going to work. It seems once again I will be swearing off this McDonald’s as they have not truly improved.
