I really appreciate this little place. Honestly the coffee is not my favorite but I dig the matcha coolers when it's hot and the service, cleanliness, vibe and the just plain Joy that is brought by every single employee here can't be beat and That makes the Caribou Coffee on 120th and Federal simply Priceless.

The friendliest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. They can make anything you request, and they don’t have an attitude. The workers were experienced, and the place is never super crowded. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast burrito is good. My friend said the coffee is a little bitter, but they still liked it.

I love them for many many many reasons. Mostly love the chocolate covered coffee bean that they give with every hot drink they serve. At least I think it's with the hot drinks because that's all that I ever order. Attention to detail from this company really wins my heart. Customer service is amazing and the baristas are always smiling. Drive-thru is extremely quick in the morning.

Waited 15 minutes for drive-thru order at 1:30 on a weekday. There was no one in front of me and the store wasn't busy. The worst part is the workers were inside goofing around without one iota of communication to people in line (me and many other cars behind me). I ended up giving up and leaving.

Amazing coffee, even more amazing staff. Great place. I love the dark hot chocolate. They put marshmallow and cream which is yummy.

This is my favorite place for a coffee drink! The baristas are always pleasant and friendly. If you use the drive through there is never a long wait. Also, if you bring your own mug you get ten cents off your drink! My favorite coffee here is the Campfire Mocha with your choice of chocolate (white, milk or dark).
