This is a hidden gem in Westminster,Co. the food was amazing;the staff was attentive. A definite place to visit while in the area. I know I'll be back!!
Delicious food , cozy atmosphere and excellent service! The chef chatted with us and gave us a free shot of delicious sour cherry vodka! Will definitely be a regular! Try the cabbage rolls!

Best meat perogies anywhere in my opinion!!! Love the deli and all the Polish treats!!! Always fresh, healthy and super tasty!!!! Amazing quality! I recommend a visit any time you are near on Macloed Trail!!! You won't be disappointed people! Cheers!
It was quite good; the Polish pork sausage (like a German bratwurst/weisswurst) was delicious. I had it grilled (they bring it out on a grill, with onions) with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. Oh, and a Warka beer. Just what I wanted.

Classic beetroot soup. Bright red borscht made with fresh beets, sour cream and traditional spices poured over small diced potatoes. Had it Cracovia style: with mini pierogi stuffed with ground pork minus the sour cream.
Valentines Dinner at Cracovia - Everything is made in-house, using recipes passed down many generations. Thank you Maria and Lester for making not just a meal - but a memory.
Simply excellent food. Very authentic, but what would you expect when the owners/chefs came from Poland? A word to the wise though: this is a place to relax. Do not come here if you are in a hurry.
Love this place, have been a few times. It looks very unassuming from the outside, but the food and service are both excellent. (Which is a relief, since it's the only real quality Polish restaurant for hundreds of miles.) They also make great kielbasa, which you can buy frozen to take home.
Truly the most authentic Polish restaurant here in the Denver Metro area owned by two great people. I love coming here with my family on holidays because it is the traditional food I grew up eating. Large variety of food from Kielbasa to Cabbage rolls and everything you might remember your babcia making. Fridays and Saturday nights have live music too!
Great experience! Very friendly server and delicious food. It took me back to my childhood when we would have a traditional Polish dinner at our friends' house on Christmas Eve! So good! My favorites were sauerkraut soup and sauerkraut pierogi. My husband loves the cabbage rolls. We will be back.
Visited Cracovia on our Anniversary last Friday night, and it was unbelievable! I am so happy that we found this hole in the wall gem within Westminster. My fiance had the Potato and Cheese Pierogi, and I had the Chef's special for that specific weekend....Rosemary Rabbit over Red Cabbage. I was very skeptical and I thought I would regret my decision, but it turned out to be OUTSTANDING!!! Everything was delicious, the server was attentive, and the live music added to the ambiance. Will be back!

Our first visit here recently and the service was excellent. My husband loved his grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. I had the pierogies which was okay, a little too heavy on the oil for me. The highlight was the Napoleon dessert!! Everything was fresh and made with quality ingredients.
Just had lunch here today. Great food, service and atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable on all menu items.
I will be back with family and friends.
Best meal we have had in a long time! My husband's mom is Polish, so we took his parents there when they came to visit. They said it was very authentic. I loved the beet soup, mushroom gravy, goulash on potato pancakes. Yum!
Authentic and tasty. After a couple trips to Poland, I've searched high and low for Polish restaurants back in the states, but they're hard to come by. This place serves authentic cuisine and even some Polish beers that are hard to come by. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.
It can be hard to find pierogis in the Denver area. Cracovia's are very tasty, as are their kielbasa with homemade mustard. Okay atmosphere, too. Watch out on the weekends, though: pretty cheesy live music! We'll be back.

Fantastic. My boyfriend said "let's go someplace fun" and I suggested Cracovia. We walked in on a Saturday night to find a taste of Europe. Delicious food (tge beet root soup is to die for, complex, rich yet simple) and we loved Val, the talented singer. Service was perfect and the tasting platter for two, coupled with some surprisingly good Polish beer, was a deal. We'll be back!
Great food! Unexpected surprise on the inside!. The food was fantastic and service was warm (albeit a tad slow). Very fresh and bright flavors. The inside was very clean and updated, despite the strip mall exterior. We can't wait to go back and dig a little deeper into the menu. Killer Polish beer selection too.
GREAT food!!! Been looking at the resturant for some time now but held off till my polish family made it to town. This is the real deal. Don't let the location fool you it's real nice inside and the food is better than most I've had in Chicago or Buffalo the 2 largest Polish areas in the US.

Great Food!. We have been wanting to check out this restaurant for ages and finally got there last night as part of a party of 12. We didn't have to wait long to be seated which was one of our big concerns. They had plenty of room to accomodate us. 3 of the couples including my husband and I ordered their sampling plate for two and we thoroughly enjoyed everything! It was a lot of food for two people :). The kielbasa, ribs and cabbage roll were my favorite. The beet soup was really tasty too. Our kids loved the pierogies! Our only MINOR complaint was that the service was slow. The server was very friendly but I think she had the full restaurant to wait on. We would highly recommend this family owned restaurant. Would be great for a romantic dinner as the atmosphere is perfect.
Just Wonderful!. My boyfriend surprised me with a dinner at Cracovia for my birthday/our anniversary. I must say, other than family recipes, this is the best East European food I've had in a VERY long time...and I lived in Prague and traveled all over Poland. You won't find better food for the price. I HIGHLY recommend this great little find! Great service too. Try the Dinner for Two, $36 and a little sample of everything. Fantastic.
Cheap and GOOD!. Went there for lunch with co-workers one day after a roommate recommended it to me and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the kielbasa. It came with borscht(which was excellent), fried onions, pickles and a homemade spicy mustard(awesome!). Everything was fantastic, especially the pickles and mustard. I tried a pierogie of my friend' s plate and that was fantastic as well. Plus the lunches are only $7. I highly recommend and I'm going back sometime to try their dinner.

Fantastic dining experience!. My wife and I had been meaning to try this restaurant for a couple of months, and we finally made it there tonight. I am so glad we did! The service might be better than the food -- which is beyond exceptional. The staff is amazingly friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is just like mom used to make (if mom was a top-notch gourmet chef from Eastern Europe, that is). ;-) I can't wait to go back. This may be my new favorite restaurant in the Denver area!
Unreal how amazing this place is. I stopped here because I wanted a place that reminded me of the eclectic food of Chicago and WOW, I was blow away! Infused vodkas made by the owner (Jasmine (not tea) was my favorite), pickled herring, horseradish beets, roast duck cooked beyond the limits of understanding that I was able to EAT THE BONES, honey beer… this place is an absolute MUST if you live anywhere near Denver! I have no doubt that IF you love Eastern European food you will love this place! Thank you so much for taking me home!

The dining room is casual so it is very inviting for anyone and everyone, and the menu is varied to suit any taste! All dishes are made in-house, including the amazing sauerkraut, they even have sweet cabbage which I completely planned on trying next time. If you've ever wondered about Eastern European and Polish food, or have any polish friends that wants to dive into the Heritage, this is an excellent place to try!
We love love love this place. Brings me back to ky childhood food growing up in a Polish family. Paris was a fantastic server! Stated with Placki (potato pancake) then of course the dinner for 2 which is a taste of everything. Switched the smoked kielbasa with the white keilbasa boiled of course. Desert Pączki jelly filled Polish donut. Everything is authentic and made in house excellent evening!
What a wonderful discovery here in Colorado! The quality is superb with flavors that really pop.
We tend to get the platter for 2 as it is hard to choose just one thing! The ribs, pierogies, soups, flavored vodkas, stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes… are all must haves. Also the Bigos is phenomenal! Can’t wait for our next meal here.
Great food. Beet soup was very thin with bits of potato. Excellent. Cheese soup with chunks of goodness. Cabbage rolls with mushroom gravy. Better than good. Corned beef with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut. Fantabulous. Good cold German beer. Full bar. Private party room. Plenty of parking. Easy access just off Wadsworth. Great service, Liz was attentive and on the ball. Try this place.
I’m from Poland 🇵🇱 and this food is the real deal! Every dish we had was very good and reminded me of my moms homemade polish cooking. Got the pierogi app , beet soup, galobki (stuffed cabbage), and cream cake!

I think the star of the show for me was the beet soup with mini pierogi— absolutely delightful. The potato pancakes with goulash was delicious as well. Try the infused vodka too while you’re at it! I really liked the watermelon jalapeño.
I haven't been here in a few years but LOVE it. I brought my Aunt with me today and it was her first time. She took one bite of the dill pickle soup and said "After just one bite of that I will definitely be coming back!!" The rest of the meal was outstanding, as always, and she now wants everyone in her family to try it too. She is even considering taking some of the soup with her next time she travels out of state to see her mom. We are going to make this a quarterly outing now! Thank you for such high quality, homemade, DELICIOUS food and an awesome experience. Elizabeth's service was outstanding!
