I ate at Early Bird for the first time today and was beyond thrilled. Not only did my son love his breakfast (picky eater) but I was over the moon to find so many gluten free options. The Johnnycake waffles looked beautiful and were absolutely delicious. And the sausage is to die for! We will definitely be back! (Wait staff and customer service were also top notch!)
Enjoyed a breakfast with friends. Two are gluten free and we all loved everything we ordered. Best biscuits and gravy ever! Our server was amazing! Can't wait to go back!
Excellent service and delicious breakfast! Loved the unique decor - they greeted us as soon as we walked in the door & took our order almost immediately. Our breakfasts were cooked perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would recommend Early Bird Restaurant to anyone in the area!
Wide variety of choices. Very good & attentive service. Excellent food & Very large portions. Might consider splitting a meal. The pancakes are awesome. Highly recommend

my favorite restaurant! some of the best food i've ever had. i'm a regular and i've never been disappointed! great staff, always clean, amazing food! Try the Berry Good Waffle with a side of potatoes and a Peanut Butter Protein Shake! you'll think you've died and gone to heaven!

Love this place, I've been four times now, I think? maybe 5. Every time the food was fabulous the atmosphere is great, the service is excellent. Yes, weekends are very busy, but, you still get the same great food and service. Weekdays are a little slower and it makes a nice break in the work-week. I've had the Tacos with chicken, the burrito , and a few other things and it has all been wonderful. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Warm weather eating outside is so nice. We just did that in October.
This is hands down one of the best brunch gems in all of Colorado! With a menu that both keeps favorites and adds new yummy options, you can't go wrong here. Do go early though if you don't want to wait since their secret is out. However, it's totally worth the wait!
The food was very good. I had their open face omelet with spicy sausage, pico de gallo, guacamole and arugula. At first I wasn't sure about the arugula, but it really did add to the flavor. The fried potatoes on the side were tasty as well. The service was impeccable. Our waiter, Tomas, was very professional and seemed to stop by just enough. I wanted to try one of everything on their menu as it all sounded wonderful. So, I'll definitely be going back!

It was euphoric!!!! The atmosphere is super cute. The Barista was Kool with his blonde locs,the food seasoned to the T. The presentation was phenomenal. I absolutely love this place. The coffee needs some tweeking (tastes a little watery and flavorless). I'll be back whenever I'm in the,area!

Great place for breakfast, pancakes very delicious. I enjoyed this quality meal. My wife loves a great breakfast and was impressed with her Chai latte and pancakes. But it all was tasty. Thanks again
So many delicious choices! I got biscuits and gravy and gave my eggs to my husband- it was so filling! Very delicious, beautiful presentation, and excellent service! They explained the menu and I loved the fresh juices and got the blackberry juice. Lovely arugula and tomatoe salad for your veggies, with potatoes and green chili. Need to go back for a cinnamon roll!
This place is very good! They have delicious breakfast. I ordered the ERB Beni, substituted the BBQ pork with crispy chicken and it was very good!!

We went for breakfast for the first time ever, and we will absolutely be returning. This cute little restaurant does have a limited number of seats so I can imagine it quickly getting busy - but it would so be worth the wait. We believe our server was Ashely and she was just incredible. She was quick to greet us and gave us well timed check ins. I was worried that the pork sausage gravy would be spicy and she very kindly gave us a little bowl to sample before we ordered! I got the Chicken & Waffles and I will have a hard time ordering anything else in the future! It was so good! We will absolutely be back!

We initially tried to eat here last weekend and it was an hour wait, and they were super busy. Decided to go there right when they opened and the early bird does get the worm! We were able to sit right away, service was great, and the food was amazing. I had the biscuit and gravy and my husband had the chicken and waffles. Biscuit was homemade and fresh out of the oven, gravy was super flavorful and had great texture. Even the little side bed of greens was super tasty. The potatoes were ok (everything else was super tasty so the potatoes needed something to take them to the next level, cooked well but bland, needs some shallots, garlic, and bacon mixed in them).
The chicken and waffles blew me away, the chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy outside, tender and juicy on the inside. A great balance of sweet and savory.
Food is a bit pricey but for the side portion and how tasty it was, well worth it! Will definitely be back. Look forward to trying other items on the menu 😄
