They were very open about what they are charging for, how to prepare the food and what to expect.
We had the spic broth and it was great!
They have a lot of veggies and a nice variety of meat.
I think the price is fair and the service is really helpful, especially if you have never done this before.
I would recommend it.

Somewhat pricey place but a lot of fun, too, and my first real hot pot and grill experience. WARNING! They charge $3 for the soup base but don't mention that charge on their menu. Soup refills were free. More butter and rice were free. Sauces were free. Lost 1 star for high prices.
I had pork belly and chicken for my meats to fry. They were delicious. My soup choice was the Thai base. It reminded me of Hot and Sour soup but was a little bit sweet. I had the dumpling combo (2 dumplings plus vegetables to make your own soup). Also for my soup, I also had more bok choy, mushrooms, squash and tried most of the sauces. I didn't try the likely hot sauces - one of the peanut sauces awas hot enough.

The food was very good and tasty and unlike other hot pots I have been to I can control how well it is cooked. The service was passable as I got too used to other American restaurants having the servers check on you frequently to see what you need. It's a very nice experience to have, especially with family. Be sure to save beforehand though, prices are rising every week.

Very impressed with this hot pot and I’ve been to many. We tried the half and half broth which was good and the spicy was not too spicy. We also tried the sour Thai broth which was very good.
I liked how there was a small grill for the meat which I don’t normally see and was a nice touch. The portions seemed small at first but were satisfactory. I am used to going to all you can eat hot pots but for 3 people our bill was $65 which I Think is very reasonable.
The service at the end for a little slow waiting for our bill and she didn’t check in with us much but I think that’s because it started to get busy.
Overall good experience. Bonus - rice is free!

Yummy in my tummy. One of my best place ever. You can have soup and grill your meat and veggie at the same time. Also help with your hangover when you sip on the soup too..lol They charge you by plates but love it because you grab what ever you want to eat. My boyfriend and a I favorite spot. I give this place an A+, 5 stars

The meats are a great value for everything at the same cost. I felt like I had great cuts and flavor. However the side plates vary in value with noodles and vegetables coming in pretty high compared to the dumplings and heavier options in the same cost category. I'd recommend sticking to the meats and limit the side plates if you're on a budget and just want a hearty meal.

The idea of having a hot pot surrounded by a bbq cast iron grill is pretty innovative in terms of this being my first experience in encountering one. This is a self serving place on basis of getting charge per item. They have some variety of meats, a cornucopia choices of veggies and a plethora of seafood. The rib eye is quite tasty but it is sliced very thin for the pricing. We ordered the spicy broth for the hot pot but for me, I feel like it's more of acquired taste for the soup broth. We also got some short ribs, okra, salmon, quail eggs and some noodles and I believe the rice was free of charge. I think this is more of a 3 star side but the service was good and the idea of the hot pot combined with a grill gave it that extra star. I do recommend you do try this place, the quality is decent and it's something different having a myriad of options. Wish more places were around like this one.
