Tim Hortons

Horrible! Every time I go to this particular Tim Hortons and order a bacon, double egg, and cheese bagel (#4 Sandwich for $3.99 on their menu) they always give you one egg and try to upcharge you if you ask for 2 eggs even though its a double egg sandwhich! They always put one egg!! >_< Their is always some type of price difference from what's on the menu if you don't pay attention or say anything. Worst Tim Hortons around. Won't be going back.

Came here around 5 am two nights ago, apparently the women opened up at 5am when she usually opens up at 6am.I wish I knew here name but I don't,great hard worker we need more like her.only complaint is the drive through speaker needs fixing because I couldn't understand her and she had a hard time understanding me.she still ended up getting my order correct.thank u for opening up an hour early for us keep up the great work unknown women,proud of you.

I like the people who work here, but I sort of don’t get this place. I know they are short hand because of Covid, but here it is Christmas Eve, I made sure to check, they are supposed to be open till 4 PM. Someone crossed off the 4 and put in 12 noon. It’s 11:54 the one employee is sitting inside on his phone waving me off, doesn’t want to be bother with the customer.

I ordered a number 6 with chips and a coke and some Timbits for my kids. Was in a hurry after waiting a long time in line and didn’t check the bag. Everything was wrong with my order. Instead of a grilled cheese, I got a bacon and egg sandwich that was cold and a hash brown with a Diet Coke. In the box of ten Timbits I only got 7. I never leave reviews but I spent $10 and it was really bad. I should have checked the bag and asked for a receipt. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because the man at the window was polite and kind.

This is 2nd time I have ordered chili to eat on my lunch break open it to heat it and is almost a inch from fill line, this happens with my coffee a lot also. I have taken pictures went up there show them and all I get is I will let them know. Could at least give me a discount on another coffee. It is 940 i call to let the. Know about and they don't answer and I called 3 times. So guess they don't need my business so will go to a tim hortons that care about their customers!! Remember employee without happy customers that's how businesses lose business!! Check out my cup of chili
