Review 7-eleven - Westlake

I've lived up the road for a few years now and I've always had a very pleasant experience here. The employees have always been nice, the service impeccable, and the store itself has always been well kept. Even when I know there's other places around with cheaper gas, I come here because I know all other aspects will always be satisfactory.

31 March 2021 @ approx 1030 Am. Multiple people in the store without state mandated masks. I asked one customer why he wasn’t wearing one and he simply said he didn’t have one. I asked the employees why they served him. Their reply was to the effect of so many people complain to the owner about being forced to wear a mask that they were told not to enforce the state mandate. One employee even took his mask off to respond to my question. I’ve lived in the area for 15 years and from now on, I will drive the extra mile or so for gas or munchies. This is not a freedom issue, this is a public health issue so we can stop a potentially deadly illness so none of us have to wear masks

Pay your workers more. The employee asked me “Do you want to put your change in this cup?” - holding up a coffee cup behind the counter. Pretty shady.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Spent $48 on gas and car wash. Go inside to use the bathroom and it's out of service! Pull around back to find the carwash I paid for at the pump doesn't work!

Great customer service he made me a pizza when it was late and he didn’t even have to will be back soon I appreciate you brother!

I wanted a cotton candy slurpee but the machine gave me a grape one instead. :(

We got here and got slurpees at 11:58 on 7/11 and they weren't free...it's also my birthday and this was the first 7/11 I've ever been to

could I vote MINUS 5 ? Seems like the minimum is 1 star and that is way too much. RUDE MANAGER AND STAFF. RETURNING FROM CLEVELAND CLINIC WITH BAD NEWS. MAYBE THEY ARE AWFUL ALL THE TIME..........TO EVERYBODY. JUST FELT LIKE A PHYSICAL BLOW.
