I went a distance to get some chicken but this location was closed so still wanting some chicken I headed to the Strongsville location and could not believe it but they were closed. I am not happy with KFC It appears that they dont want our service. Perhaps its time they just close for good...

Service is friendly and quick, however, there have been 2 occasions where I was not provided with the sauces I ordered, (they charge 50 cents per sauce, otherwise I would let it go. I will still continue to order here as the sauces are not absolutely vital to my meal, though

I ordered online by way of door dash. I ordered the 3piece box (crispy) but only received 2 pieces (soft) and dry. This place has really improved over time. Better staff that actually want to work. Food efficiently prepared and when we had an issue with our food there was no problem with rectifying the situation.

The staff was very polite, however speed and accuracy is not their strong suit. I waited over 10 minutes for my takeout order, during which time I was offered numerous other incorrect orders. They were out of multiple food items and the staff really seemed to struggle with time management skills.
