Fresh Brothers Pizza Westlake Village

The cashier was nice, but the manager Ari ruins this location. I selected a pepperoni personal pizza, but their site sent it over as “topping”. Therefore, I only got a plain pizza yet paid extra for a topping that I never got. When I nicely asked for $1 refund, Ari stated it was my fault for not selecting pepperoni (when I did). She was rude and said that they didn’t know what topping I wanted. A simple phone call to me could have corrected the confusion. Then she said customers select topping, and pay extra all the time for plain pizzas. So, she’s admitting to robbing people. Why would we pay extra for a topping if we didn’t want a topping? This was the stupidest argument I’ve ever had that could have been resolved with a $1 refund. Ari refused to do the right thing and defended the error and spoke down to me. What terrible management.

Vegan dream come true! This is my first time at Fresh Brothers since becoming vegan two years ago. I only went once before that. I called to make sure their dough was 100% vegan before going and was pleasantly surprised when they said all the dough uses unbleached flour and only cane sugar, so it's totally vegan. Also it's great that there isn't a separate vegan dough, as all the pizza dough is the same there. We got half of the pizza with vegan cheese & sausage, added mushrooms. The other half is the vegetable pizza with artichokes added. My aunt had a member email so we got 10% off and it turned out to be about $26 including tax. Not to mention we got an XL and made it DEEP DISH!! The pizza looked huge and delicious when it arrived, unfortunately when we took a couple bites we saw that the dough was still quite undercooked/raw. So we took the pizza back in to cook longer but were told they couldn't because of health reasons since the pizza was touched. Which of course makes sense. The manager told us he'd make us a new one and gave us a box for this one to take home since it wasn't bad but just needed to go in the oven for longer. We waited 15-20 more minutes but it's okay because we were taken care of and I am happy with the customer service. The second pizza was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I am very impressed by the overall experience and love the location as well. We sat outside and listened to the lovely live band. 5 Stars for sure :)

I’ve been coming here for years and weekly sometimes many times a week and they just decided a few days ago to not toss salads anymore... A lot of us eat lunch in cars and tossing is a nightmare. This policy change just lost them my long standing business. I am very upset about this change because I enjoy their food and their quality.
