Sydney's

The food at Sydney's is PHENOMENAL. We've eaten at Sydney's casually, for a wedding tasting, during our rehearsal dinner, for a group brunch, AND they catered our entire wedding. Each time I had something different and each time I was floored by how delicious everything was. Based on feedback, I think my 100 wedding guests would agree with the quality of food & drink. I live in New York City where different cuisines and levels of quality are at my fingertips, and I'm pretty confident that the food at Sydney's tops all of them. They could serve the grass growing outside and I'm sure it would still be the best meal I've ever had. Seriously, do yourself a favor and TRY THIS FOOD! Sydney's is run like a well-oiled machine. The owner, Erin is efficient, pragmatic, EXTREMELY hard-working, no-nonsense, and hilarious. Some may disagree, but what you may not see is how her direct attitude and relationship with her staff really makes this business as successful as it is. The ship would sink without her. My husband & I hired Sydney's for catering for our wedding, and what we received was so much more. We got an incredible, professional, and friendly staff. We got the most amazing food. And we got the woman who made literally all of it possible - Erin. There were a lot of moving parts to our wedding - a 'backyard' wedding that required everything to be brought in, from the silverware to the tent - and Erin handled it ALL. She made every single detail feel like it was her top priority that day. She helped us save money where possible, and gave us sound advice to make sure our wedding went on without a hitch. And when there WAS a hitch (and believe me, there were a few), Erin was the first at the scene rectifying the issue. Thank you Erin, David, staff, and all of Sydney's for making our wedding weekend the most incredible time of our lives. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It is recommended that you call your order in before your arrival. All sandwiches and wraps are prepared by hand & to order. The food here is absolutely delicious and by far the best place to eat in WHB. Sydney’s cookies are to die for, the hazelnut is my recommendation along with the Alex wrap. Despite what some of these reviews say about the owner, this place should be first on your list. To avoid the frustration and behaviors, do to its customers, just call ahead!

Perfection! I just had one of the best brunches of my life! This is my favorite restaurant in Westhampton Beach. Just delicious.

Food is always delicious. Don't give these 1 star reviews too much attention. These demanding 1 star snobs have obviously never worked in food service; they simply don't get it. Sometimes there will be some yelling. You can't find a restaurant where there isn't.

Went here for a networking event. The food was very good and fresh. The owner was very hospitable and made sure that everyone was well taken care of.

I went to all cheese shops in the area and nothing compared to Sydney's. Incidentally, they do catering and have all sorts of other foods as well. The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of their food and cheese. Dan from Hampton Bays. :-)
