The Server Emma was awesome! Funny polite did her job very well! And that’s the only reason why this location got a three star! I got my cheeseburger that was supposed to be medium rare everything looked awesome until I started eating it and realized it was at best medium…. And on top of the flavorless burger… The strawberry margarita with the strawberries in it looked awesome but there’s nothing special about it my wife loves margaritas but did not enjoy this at all.

The food and service was good. We ordered sea food and it was a good choice. Salmon was well baked and juicy. The baked haddock was little dry and crumbling apart. Chicken in picture was juicy when it was hot but soon it became very chewy. The service was excellent by Jake. Very friendly and respectful. There is a 30 min wait time during busy evening hours.

We absolutely love the 99, the bartenders are excellent, and they have the coldest beers in town. This is a once a week stop for us typically, however the takeout is severely lacking. When you call the restaurant, it says “for a better experience, to-go orders must be placed online” that’s all fine and dandy, but you cannot customize your order online, so as long you want your food exactly how it is on the menu, with no other requests, this is fine. For example, there’s no place for special instructions, which I get, maybe they don’t want crazy requests, but I simply wanted to order a burger with the bread on the side, aka not assembled since they tend to get soggy to-go, but there isn’t any way to do that online, such a fail we had to get takeout elsewhere. I’ll just have to enjoy my 99 when dinning in.

Went on a Tuesday night and sat in the bar area. Not busy at all, people sitting at 3 tables and at the bar. Waiter asked if we wanted menus and said yes. He took drink order and left. Waited and waited for menus, went and got our own from hostess. Drinks finally came and the martini level was about a half inch below the rim of the glass. Guzzled the drinks and left. We had a nice dinner Chili's.

The worst 99 restaurant service and food I have ever experienced in my life. I have visited multiple locations of the 99 restaurants for over 20 years and not a single location is as rude, careless, Fake "Posh" as this location. Please stay away from this franchise and save yourself money and time and visit any other 99 restaurant location. This is really the worst I have ever seen where the food is overcooked, dry, and their french onion soup was salty with old bread that had mold on it, asparagus were old and their hollandaise sauce was sour and not safe to eat. The managers refund to talked to us and simply told the waiter to come back and handle things. And at the end we were still given a bill with not a single item taken off the total charge. This is Bad Bad business, I hope someone will notice this post and saves their day.

I was in a party of 11 people. Our server Chris was phenomenal. I often feel uncomfortable ordering, or asking for refills. I have HORRIBLE social anxiety. Chris was calm, patient, and the friendliest waitstaff I've ever met. There were others in my party who were incredibly rude, obnoxious, and just shouldn't dine out period. They make waitstaffs job uncomfortable, and harder. Chris kept a smile on his face, and was pleasant the entire time. My party embarrassingly remarked about the staggered serving of their food. The one pushy individual pulled a, "I want to see your manager." Brandon and Chris were great at handling the situation, which was not that big of a deal. Certain foods take longer to cook than others. Please remember this when you order food. You may have ordered fish, but the party that was seated after you ordered chicken. One cooks faster than the other. A twenty minute wait, will not kill you. Please sit quietly, and patiently. My party I was with, never has anything nice to say. I was ashamed by the tip my party left, and went back and made sure Chris was tipped more. All the staff I did interact with at this location is always friendly, attentive, professional, and make you feel welcome. The food was great, and the portion size was perfect, and lastly very tasty. I have to say, if you have to pick a location to eat out at, this is the one. Huge shout out to Chris, and Brandon again. You both made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. Keep up the great work. Please remember, these are human beings you are speaking to. If you're unhappy with something, maybe you should stay home and eat there instead. The food service industry took a major hit during Covid, and people didn't return, or have since quit due to the abuse of patrons, such as those in my party. Be patient with these folks, and remember gratuity is 20% of what your total is. If you need help with this take your total and multiply it by .20 then you'll know how much to leave for a tip. From one food service industry person to this amazing staff, keep up the great work.

Lobster roll was just some little, dry bits. Fries were fair. Service was fair. Only given one menu for the two of us Had to go back to hostess station myself to get another menu.

We came for dinner for the first time and after we left I noticed that my card was missing. I was panicked because I’ve had a bad experience with my card being stolen before and I called to see if we had left it there. The first two times I called someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I tried one more time and then I was placed on hold so that they could check with the manager. After 15 mins another person picked up the phone and I let her know I had been waiting for the manager and she apologized and placed me back on hold. I was trying to be patient because I know everyone is understaffed and it was around their closing time but 30 mins later they hung up on me again. This was way past closing time but I tried calling one more time and lo and behold the manager finally picks up and knows right away what I was calling about. I politely asked why they had hung up after letting me stay on hold for 40 mins and the manager said he didn’t know why. Super frustrating experience and I would not dine here again just knowing how they treat customers. Anywhere else in Westford is better to give your business to.
