This is truly one of the worst Chipotles I have experienced. We have reluctantly ordered from it over the past couple years and the quality has consistently eroded. Items missing on order regularly, stale chips, sloppy reckless packaging, etc. It simply is mismanaged and supervised, which is a shame

This place is a hit or miss probably cause staff is always changing. More than half of the time the rice is undercook!! Raw hard rice is horrible! Flavors is bland. The only positive is my orders has always been on time.

I came into this establishment and saw about 6 or 7 workers just standing around the register chatting while I waited five minutes for someone to approach me with no line and no other customers whatsoever. It was absolutely a joke and I would recommend any other Chipotle in the world over this one.

Definitely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever stepped foot in. If you want quick Mexican food, go to qdoba it’s right around the corner. The workers in there look like they’d rather be cleaning airport bathrooms. The tables were covered in the last person’s burrito bowl and there were no napkins to clean

Went out of my way to avoud the very busy rush at the Clark. Nj location. Came here to Westfield. Very unclean. Guests struggled to shove trash into the overflowing cans. Behind the counter was littered with garbage as well. A simple sweeping would do the place good. Terrible experience.

Don't come here if you want your food quickly! I'm not really sure what happened to this Chipotle but it has gone downhill and quick!!
