2/20- Indoor is back open!
Has a takeout out order window which is walk up and pretty convenient. Had Gluten Free bagels (plain)! I had it with an Original Classic breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! Went at 7:45 on a Sunday and there were a handful of people waiting, but everything came out f
They never have the Asiago bagel and when I ask they never make them. This is three times in a row now; if they’re that popular considering making more and catering to the customer.
I am so upset i came to this place to get a bagel and they take so long to serve the food when i went to the place no one was there so i order and 2 people after me came order and they give them the food firs when i was there already, and my food was sitting on the back that is ridiculous and no one
terrible customer service. got my order wrong and when i politely asked for them to fix it they said no. didn't even offer making a new one the way i asked. had to pay and reorder for them to make it right.
WOW!!!!!! We are originally from New Jersey, but moved to Miami and we came back because the food in Miami is disastrous. We went up to the manager Andre, to thank him personally for the awesome food. New Jerseyians, please don’t sleep on this place or take it for granted.
Paid over 6.00 for an egg with cheese on a bagel with a scant amount of ketchup. Just didn't taste good.

Charges you a dollar just to cut your bagel. Stay away from this place!! How do you charge someone a dollar just to cut your bagel?
