Went there tonight with my wife for my birthday,She had the eggplant and chicken parm and i had the sea scallops and it was all great.We love it there,The staff were great and will continue to eat dinner there
The shrimp scampi with scallops was amazing! The waitress was very attentive to our party of 8 and kept the drinks flowing. Every time we go to Casa Novello, regardless of the size of our party, we are always extremely happy with the food, the waitstaff and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant itself!
Delicious! It was surprisingly crowded on a Wednesday night and a last minute reservation was definitely the way to go. The atmosphere was amazing and exactly as you would have guessed a local Maine Italian restaurant to be. Service was good. We ordered an appetizer that didn't make it to the table until the main course had arrived and my wife's pasta had been mistakenly cooked with chicken (she is vegetarian) and it had to be redone.
Excellent dinner! This is my favorite “go to” spot to meet friends or just grab a delicious dinner. The food is always top notch and the service is great. So glad they were able to reopen!!!!
I went on the second day of their reopen. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to my party. The specials included fresh pasta and a wedge salad which sounded delicious, but I went with the shrimp scampi which was a 10/10. My friends got pizza and said it was one of the best they have had in a long time. It was super packed but we didn't have to wait too long. The bread to start definitely filled us too! We will be back for sure
Had dinner here tonight and it was wonderful!! The food was incredible, cooked to perfection, flavorful and just the right size to leave me full and happy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was nice. It felt like I was in a fancy restaurant, without the pressure or snobbery typically found in one. I look forward to coming back again and again!
The food was extremely good!! Loved the espresso martini. We sat at the bar, so we got to see everything. It was so nice to see such a well run kitchen. Everyone was pleasant and helpful to each other. So very glad they are back open.
Quaint spot with a nice vibe and family environment. Fast, friendly and courteous staff. Great food, some of the best Italian you will find in the area. Drop in and say "Hi!" to Megan, Hope, Leah and the gang. It will be well worth the visit. Scallop Marsala is definitely worth tasting.
My favorite spot for a night out. The food is incredible. You cannot go wrong with any choice in the menu. It is all so good! What truly makes the experience is the wonderful team behind the dishes. So glad that you are back! See you in a month!
Absolutely delicious!!!!! The chicken marsala is to die for. Veal parmesan is absolutely delicious. Balsamic dipping oil for bread was also very good. Definitely would go there again. Very accommodating for picky kids. Friendly servers.
