I love Cafe Zupas! I've gone to almost every location and they've all been consistently great. I'm not a big salad person, but their crispy chicken avocado chop is awesome. Their soups are great too. The sandwiches are small for their price, but they've all been great tasting. Excellent desserts and
I love all of the salad, soup, and sandwich options. The portion size and quality seems to vary quite a bit depending on which location you visit or who is working. I feel like a $12 salad should be the same size every time, no matter the location. I love their kid's meals. They are filling and give
Food was good. Tasted fresh. The portions have gotten smaller since the last visit. (As with most places) but, hopefully that will get better. Overall decent experience, and I will return.
I always enjoy going to Zupas! Anything that you get will be delicious from their power bowl to their soups and salads! My favorite is the Wisconsin cauliflower soup and their turkey bacon avocado sandwich! Their staff is friendly and its a nice environment.
The staff's warmth and enthusiasm were contagious, making the ordering process a pleasure. The soup and sandwich were amazing! Iv always loved zupas. They never seem to disappoint.
Went in for my swing-shift lunch break, knew I wanted soup. They offered popular choices along with samples if wanted. Was surprised to find a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry. That was a nice little touch, definitely remembered. 👌
My lobster bisk soup was rotten and should have been thrown out not served to anyone. My wife's soup is Natick tomato puree with no basil at all. There was a very long black hair in the BBQ salad, and no one in my house has long hair so I know it's not from here. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is bec
The prep\server was very attentive and had great suggestions, everyone behind the counter was very uplifting and knowledgeable to their jobs. Left in good mood, very positive place and experience.
Just stopped by and we were treated very nicely. Someone on the line gave me a tip about a secret menu item and then Daniel was amazing about suggesting the loyalty program for us to get a free drink. He’s a great employee.
If it weren’t for the loooooong wait in line, it’d be 5 stars for sure. The food made up for it, or did it? I never understand the thought process of producing food for people online orders priority to those standing in line… Online orders, makes sense, we all do it. Is there another solution besi
We came in for dinner and I could immediately tell that they were understaffed. Many take out orders being worked on with one or two people working the in house customers. Ky was so kind and patient with each and every customer. We had to wait a little bit but the quality of the service was stellar.
Great food! The chicken noodle soup was delicious! Also the brisket grilled cheese was oh my goodness so good! So good!
The selection of fresh items for salads, the sandwiches, and especially the roasted red pepper and lobster bisque make Cafe Zupas my go-to place for casual dining.
They did a great job, I love the choices. They did mix up our order a little and one of the warm protein/salad bowls was cold and a little unappetizing. But everything else was great! My favorites are the berry salad and the red pepper lobster bisque.
