Subway

Place is an absolute disaster. 2nd time in a week that they are out of main veggies and the 2nd time in a week that the ice machine spits out black particles of what I can only assume is bacteria. The health department will be notified. I would reach out to the owner but unable to find an email address or phone number. I’m done with this lousy place.

Ordered 2.12" Subs online to pickup as I went thrru West Salem on my way home on 6/23/2020. I've done it this way before with no problems at all. I stood in line for prolly 7-10 minutes waiting for the employee to ask if anyone had a pickup order as I saw a plastic bag by the cash register. She finally asked me if I was there for pickupand I said that I wS. She grabbed the bag and ha ded it too me and Ieft, got into my truck anx drove the 9 miles to my destination. When I opened that bag inside, I saw that there wers four (4) Subs and two (2) bags of Cookies! Thia was NOT our Oder at all but, the bag contained 4 Subs with weird combinations like a Pizza Sub with Mayonnaise and a Pizza Sub with pretty much nothing on it but meat & cheese, no sauce even! Being that it is an almost a 20 mile round trip there and back and I was very tired from my long day and drive, I was not driving back over there to exchange our food. I threw the Subs away and ate a frozen pizza for supper. NOT a great evening at all after driving the nearly 100 miles from Columbus to home and still have to make supper when I stopped at Subway so I could shower and relax instead! So, my $12+ is a loss and whomever got my 12" Steak & Cheese with extra meat & bacon and my wife's12" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki........ENJOY!
