Baked chicken Meatloaf You know the drill. My only complaint is the food is shrinking. The last time I was there half chicken was very very small. Customer's were complaining. The employee stated she knows. There have been many complaints. The food is now served in a smaller plate to make the food portions look larger.

I gave up on this Boston Market over a year ago after going in three different times and being told they were out of chicken. Now, about two months ago I stopped in to give it another chance and found good service and good food. Imagine my disappointment tonight going in, standing in line and placing my order, only to wait 15 minutes before asking why this is taking so long and THEN being told they are waiting on more chicken and it would be another 40 minutes!! What The Hell! After a hard day of work I stop in at 6:30, place my order and wait and the place that serves chicken doesn’t have any chicken. Even worse, they don’t tell me! If I hadn’t asked what the problem was I would still be standing there! There was no apology from the girl behind the counter and when I asked why I wasn’t told, she simply looked at me and asked me if I wanted something else. When I told her what I wanted was my money back, she called someone else, and I had to wait another few minutes for him to come and issue a refund. Although he was apologetic, she clearly was annoyed that I was upset. Very frustrating and upsetting experience. This is no way to run a business and with such poor staff and service I can guarantee that this will be the last chance they get from me.

Thank you to the district manager for helping solve some issues at this establishment. This is a re-review. I suggest that all who have come in the past revisit this location, the one thing I love about Boston market is that they respond well to reviews and complaints. The Florida district manger had been great , I visit the locations regularly as I enjoy the food and always write an honest review. The atmosphere has improved greatly at night. Now if they are out of sides or the sides are old just ask and they will accommodate. Don’t take no for an answer because the district manager has assured me that the food quality and availability will be the same wether it’s open time or close to closing. I can concur that this is the truth. Every thing is good and they deserve your business. Thank you Neville for doing a spectacular job, I hope to see things only go up for your establishment.

I don't mind paying whatever amount when it worth it... But, $30.33 for slow service, dry chicken and overcooked sides??? You won't get me anymore...

This is one of the better Boston Markets in the area. The dining room is very spacious, and the food, in my experiences, has been fresh, and hot. The staff is normally very friendly, though not overly friendly. They are nice, but they are not standing over your shoulder. The parking lot is very shady, and many spaces are available. Every time that we have eaten there, the service has been very quick...and no one has been in line. I would recommend you eat here. As far as cuisine is concerned, their main offering is rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, turkey, pot pies and other specialties at different times in the year. They have a nice line of vegetables, and basic desserts. Their drinks include Coke products and teas. This is not all inclusive...they have other items in the menu, but this gives you an overall feel of what they offer.

Im not one to write a review for anything good or bad, unfortunately I have to say this is the worst Boston market I have been to. Why is it that everyday between the hours of 5 and 7 pm theres never chicken available? Dinner rush hour. Everyday this week I have craved Boston market chicken and there’s a 45 min wait. Not only i can’t get my food I now have to wait behind multiple cars and have multiple cars behind me. Never going back again

Clean, fairly quiet place for a quick lunch. Eat in and they bring the food to your table. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent parking. I don't recommend the tea though; there is one dispenser spout for multiple flavors so no matter which flavor you pick, you seem to get hints of the other flavors.
