It's usually a frustrating experience, but I tolerate it because it's close. Today was a new low. I'll typically by breakfast for my team at work a few times a week. Today when I got back to my office I saw they left off my bagel. Not the end of the world. I go back and explain this to them and show them the receipt. I get scolded that it was given to me and they want to see the bag and continue to argue with me. I told them not to worry about it. For a $1.50 bagel I will never go to this location again.

I walked in and asked for a plain bagel, the rude worker said no, flung his hand like he was telling me to leave and then walked away. No one was helping me. There were no customers in line outside or inside so they had no excuse. Finally a woman who was on her phone, asked me what I wanted to order, I asked her do you have any bagels at all, she asked the rude worker and he said no. I just said okay and left. As I was leaving I said they had poor customer service.
I've been there before during the morning and I don't have a problem with customer service. They need to retrain this guys.

Easy access to this location. Fast service inside. Amazing layout. Cool decorations. Food and coffee was prepared correctly as ordered. The costumer service was very friendly and knew what they were doing. One of the best dunkins iv ever visited.

Back once again. I try not to come to this location anymore cause of all my past horrible experiences but sometimes convenience beats me out cause it’s the closest location. Lady simply refused to give me a receipt. When i asked for it she stumbled on her words, said “i don’t know”, then when i pressed her she said she already gave it to me (pure lies) and then just refused to give it to me and told me to move so she can help the next person in drive thru. JUST DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR BREAKFAST RUINED.

I love this Dunkin Donuts shop! Close to my home, a short walk. Lovely and friendly staff. Good variety of donuts and other items on their menu. It's been a daily morning pleasure for me. I almost always get great service here and they are very prompt with making their breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is the best in my book and I've really enjoyed those sandwiches and donuts!

For a change a Dunkin' that is clean! Imagine, the employees knew what they are doing and most of all they were accommodating and pleasant! We met some very nice Sheriffs on a break who didn't mind us asking them curious questions about law enforcement and their experiences. It was a fun early evening with 3 COPS, sipping on a good coffee while having a lively discussion about the state of the world! That's what Dunkin' should be all about!

Went to drive thru at 625pm and was informed that they close at 7 and management does not pay past 7 so we have to be out by 7???????
