Dunkin'

The customer service here sucks so much, I would like to leave zero stars. I've been going to this location for about 4 years. The last few months I'm not sure if it's new owners, but their turn over rate has blown up. None of the employees that have been there when I first started coming are there. Management gone, new faces. For the past three months there are these EXTREMELY RUDE crew members here! They suck their teeth when you tell them they didn't add the whipped cream you had previously requested. Say sly comments under their breath when you ask for anything they're suppose to do. Its not like I have an attitude or am being disrespectful, but they treat they're customers any kind of way. Snatching coupons from you and yelling at you. I now just patronize another location.

Ordered 3 doughnuts & a coffee through on the go app. Got to location only to be told they have my iced coffee but they are out of doughnuts. I asked how would I be receiving my refund for the 3 doughnuts. Cashier told me to come during her working hours to have it replaced. I really appreciated her courtesy however my work schedule and hers makes it hard to go when she's at work. It's not like I'm aware of her daily schedule

Look @ the reviews... Absolutely the Slowest, non caring Dunky's in South Florida & unfortunately the closest to my office! Twice I've scolded the cashier for being on the phone, literally up to her ear talking while taking my order. WTF r u serious!! Nevermind the fact they don't serve hot food or are always out of bagels. Did I mention how slow they are!! It's final I'm bringing a coffee pot to work, thanks I don't give a s*** attitude Dunkin!!

It was a big event downtown tonight.....Christmas Tree lighting ceremony and we was walking up to the door at 7:55 and the guy/employee locked the door in our face with a non employee lady in the store with him. I let him know he closed early and wanted service. He refused. She sat down in lobby and waited for him to close up the store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You have hours of store operations for service...not what the employees want to work. You need to hire employees that want to work! Check your cameras......I would have given 0 stars but had to give at least 1 star to post review. Posting pic of time we were at the door.
