I came to get a subway and I seen the two girls leaving and the door and everything is open but no one to take my order so unprofessional left the subway unattended por lack of customer service

I had dirty hands and had to pee before ordering food but they actually wouldn't let me use the bathroom until I waited in line and paid. I thought they were rude. They were super skimpy on the chicken on my bacon chicken ranch. I left feeling frustrated and annoyed by staff and the skimpy chicken. I will definitely choose a different place to eat lunch next time. I'm not usually a guy to post negative reviews but these guys motivated me to do so.

Arrived at this store on 5/1/2022 at 8:25pm. The store was closed with two female employees inside…doing nothing… one was eating. The store was supposed to close at 9pm as stated on the door.. they saw me parked out side and trying to attempt to open the door to place an order.. they acted like I was not there. I called, they picked up my call and hung up as I am seeing them from my car.. I called again and they refused to pick up a customer call.. I am writing so the manager/ owner is aware they are closing the store way before business hours.. not right.. we were going to buy 8 foot long sandwiches. will never come back!

An employee from the store locked the door 20 min before closing time (11 pm) and just mimic from inside it was closed. When asked why, she said "it is my store and I close whenever I want to" (with some cursing included). What a way to treat customers... I will definitely NOT go back again.

I wouldn’t ever particularly rave about subway food - but I will rave about their customer service. Went in last Wednesday for lunch and the cashier lady was incredibly nice, greeted everyone as they came in and just had a positive personality! So nice to see someone who goes out of their way to be kind!

Went here for the first time today 01/13/22 at 9:15pm . The kids working there were great ! Greeted us from the moment we stepped foot inside ! Keep up the good work guys ! Will be going to this subway from now on ! BEST PART , THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 11PM & DON’T CLOSE EARLY FOR SOME LAME EXCUSE LIKE THE SUBWAY NEAR MARSHALLS DOES !
