I use to come everyday for lunch the service now sucks horrible food !! I worked in fast food along time definitely would close this place down. No gloves eating ice cram while customers at window these kids would work correctly if management was trained correctly very poor management 🤔 I went tonight thinking I would give it another try gross never will I waste my time here....fries buns and meat was cold and hard...the owners should improve this place especially being so close to the airport you would think they would be on their A game guess we all are different when it comes to working and satisfying customers

Using the App was Very New to me and the young man (Alexander-"I Think") was so helpful and patient. The App is So Worth Downloading. In the end, I was impressed with the Patience and Cleanliness of this BK Location on the North Side of Belvedere Rd in between Congress & Florida Mango.

Ordered over $40 in food for a quick snack for the family. They messed up the whole order, added mayo to my meal and I'm highly allergic. So can't eat it. Can't get someone to pick up the phone, left a voice mail. This is insane. People there helping didn't speak English and i don't speak Spanish. Come to find out that not only where multiple things wrong on our order we were missing things.

I would stay away from here I have seen some not very appetizing things happening. And the skinny dark hair mngr. In the morning has no concept of customer service. She is condescending and rude beyond belief. I will no longer be spending my money at burger King because of this person. Fire her and I will continue to spend money .

This BK... doesn't use gloves. Saw a chick use a ladder to put a bowl up, then straight back into drive through orders.. also had a good 3 minutes before even being acknowledged. But, hey, maybe I'm behind times.

Writing this today because I came from another state and this place made me absolutely sick to my stomach 30 minutes after eating a junior whopper meal. I should of listened to my gut when that burger didn't feel hot.

1 Star because the shake machine has been down for months. My suggestion would be to get a new one or please fix it for good. My family lives very close by and some nights we would like to treat ourselves with a Burger King Shake. We are always disappointed when we are told "it's not working".

One of the worst experience our family ever had! We ordered 4 whoppers and none of them was the same! No standards whatsoever! Patty was lukewarm, not enough lettuce on one, too much lettuce on another one, fries were also lukewarm! The coke was cherry coke and when we asked to switch for coke they said that was coke, so we got sprite! We also had to ask for napkins and ketchup! The basic things!! Not even mentioning that the place was dirty and the trash was overflowing!! Burger King, you guys have to step up!!!
