I've given this location several opportunities to correct issues. I do appreciate the fact that the Owner answers the reviews. And I also like the fact that he says you can speak to the manager to rectify any issues. Which is true. The manager, I know who he is, is very professional and apologetic. But they continue to employ staff that simply cannot do their job, including fulfilling an order in a franchise business. Dunkins system has to be the most simplest to abide by to achieve the same taste location to location. This is the only location that literally has their own 'unique' taste in beverages. Want a bitter tasting cold brew, go here (taste like they make it from used hot coffee grounds). You want the trashiest tasting coffee to screw up your morning, go here. My only thought is that they must not be cleaning the machinery according to DD standards, and not prepping as per DD standards. I complained of a botched coffee order a couple weeks ago. And the guy poured off have of the cup of sugar laden coffee (i ordered 1 sugar), and poured hot water on it. I put it on the counter after I sipped it, and walked out. Keep the money. I swore I wouldn't go back again, as they have repeatedly screwed up my coffee order. Today, I was in a rush, and could not make it to the DD on Northfield (THE BEST COFFEE), got old tasting coffee yet again. And FINALLY, after 2 years of bad orders, I said I would go and post a review ripping this location. DD needs to have a direct complaint program. Where they send someone to mystery shop the location to confirm complaints. I do not believe this establishment can produce DD brand product. Save your money and head to the next location. THEY CLEARLY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE SERVING YOU, I.E. REG COFFEE, SPECIALTY COFFEE, MIDNIGHT COFFEE!!!

Always a terrible experience at this location. The place is often dirty and unkept, the workers are extremely rude and careless. During my last visit the single employee that was there seemed a bit out of it, unable to keep his eyes fully open and moving very slow.

Not my favorite Dunkin. No drive thru, the staff was borderline rude. The food didnt taste as good but it was due to the preparation.

This is my local place, they are great in terms of attention, local appearance and prompt on service, today I had a bad experience: I paid more than $48, did not get a receipt, I did not ask for it. They took 40 minutes to get my order, they let me for last, when I complained, I was told is a big order, no apologies. When I got home oh surprise. Only 2 of 8 items were what I ordered. I did not order grill cheese, I got six. I ordered 5 melted wrap, I got 0. I ordered bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, I got 0.
Two bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, were correct. I am a 77 years old man with a hearing problem.

But the plastic thing that served as shield between customer and the employee look so cheap for Dunkin donut .
