They don’t serve mixed families. Racist. The drive through line was going very slow but we chose to wait. When we got to the place to order I hear a guy tell me that it will be a moment. So we wait for nearly twenty minutes. There are two places to order in the drive through and the other car that was behind me is waiting at the other window. After some time we begin asking if anyone is there? The employee says ‘one moment’ rather rudely. Then he takes the order of the person behind me. I ask if anyone is there and again he is rude saying ‘it will be one moment.’ I ask for a manager and he scoffs saying he is the manager. He then asks what we want and as I’m trying to order he switches to the other window that had another person that came after me. We decided to try to go in but he has the doors locked and goes and cowers in the back. I guess he chooses who he wants to serve. 5/21/22 7pm.

I placed a mobile order and went here to pick it up. Half of the item they didn't have, I was charged 14$ for just one sandwich. They said they can't do nothing about it. And when I tried requesting refund through the app, they won't get back to me It's ridiculous how they run this business, I am going to escalate this issue. Unacceptable.

The store is currently undergoing renovations, so it might look closed, but the drive thru is open. The process is a bit awkward as the construction materials prevent you from getting close to the pick up window, so you have to get out of the car. Understandable, but geez. Anyways, got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and it was pretty good but the stars of the meal were the hash browns and french toast. Those were absolutely amazing, can’t wait to have them again. BK coffee was good too. Also tried the Hershey’s Sundae Pie... wouldn’t recommend even as a chocolate lover.

Ordered ahead of time so that I had enough time...was late for my doctor's appointment because they were SO UNORGANIZED.. waited in the drive through for 9 minutes + for no one to acknowledge I was there so I went inside and waited some more. They need to organize and give everybody their stationed duties... they were polite but they were handing people other people's food by mistake

i went to get an oder around 11:30 pm and there was a white girl on the night shift i went through the drive through and she said there are no more orders accepted now only phone app then i parked to make phone order and then i went back through the drive through i found another person making an order and when i asked her did you accept orders now she said now we do and it was only 3 minutes difference then when i told her i will give you bad rating she said get your food from somewhere else i drive to the window to get my food and was pretending that im recording her and she asked me are you recording me i said yes to report you she yelled at me then she called the police for me are you imagine that do you believe that you call the police for your customer this is very bad experience and very unprofessional way to deal with your client then she didn’t want to give me the food untill the officer came after may be 30 mins when he come he said that i was right and he told me i have the right to report her to the corporate and i will
