Bonds Tavern

I’m giving the burger and fries 2 thumbs up! I mean the sauce was the best part!!! It was super good! The fries were crunchy and had a great taste. As for the drinks I definitely recommend trying the bonds punch bucket it’s delicious 😋. The bartender was cool and friendly as well as the waitress. If you’re looking for a place for small food or drinks I definitely recommend this place!!!!

My husband and I decided to try Bonds tonight after being away for the past year. We remembered they had really good burgers. This trip was definitely a mistake. The servers were great! But the quality of the burger is nothing like it was in the past or as it is represented on the menu. We prefer medium rare to medium and ordered as such but they were very well done. When the server asked how the food was, we expressed our disappointment which was evidenced by our only eating half of the burgers. She was apologetic and said she would let the manager know of our disappointment. The manager had been present in the area and previously engaged the other customers, but did not address us. We sat for 15 more minutes but he never came back into our area. After paying the check and leaving an ample tip, we decided to stop and see the manager on our way out. He did not care at all that we had a bad experience. This is disappointing. Had the manager addressed this in any way, I would not be writing this review.

I been here a few times before but it's been a really long time. I remember this place always busy so coming up on a Saturday night I was expecting to wait. Empty, only two other tables taken. Very strange atmosphere. "Please seat yourselves" but then it took 20 minutes to even figure out we were there. Ordered the pretzel apps which came out with the food, I have a huge issue with that. I personally ordered the Chicken Grilled Cheese. It honestly tasted like it was mircowaved. I remember the food being so much better. There will not be a return trip to this place.
