Sonic Drive-in

Originally i.gave this place a 5 star review. Their service is fast and the food is hot. I go here about twice a week. However lately something is always wrong. Missing food mostly. Today took the cake though I was trying to place an order and the lady kept cutting me off and I kept trying to tell her what she was putting in for me wasn't what I wanted. And then she cut me off mid order. I didn't even get to order everything I wanted too. Extremely rude, I will take my business to another sonic.

Ordered on the app, parked at stall 14, saw the Welcome back Shari-your order is being prepared, on the screen. Waited 12 minutes then called. She couldn’t find my order, Route 44 unsweetened iced tea. Waited, nothing! Called again, showed my receipt to one of the staff. She read the order and correct location, went in and came back out and said there was no order. I said, so I’m not getting my drink and she said No. I asked for the manager’s name but she didn’t know it. She then said wait and I said no that’s fine. I’ll contact the owner and Apple Pay. It’s not my first time at that location but it will be my last!
